I agree to abide by all M.T.T.A. Rules and Regulations and acknowledge that the Tournament Committee reserves the right to change the format of an event, to cancel an event, to limit awards due to insufficient entries and to determine eligibility for any event. Decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final and binding. I hereby release the Manitoba Table Tennis Association from any liability for loss, damage or injury that may result by reason of my participating in this tournament.
