with early to moderate signs of dementia and their care partners through fitness and friendship.<\/p><p>Table tennis is a great aerobic exercise with proven cognitive benefits. Participants will take part in gentle recreational play. We will teach basic techniques and rules of the game while having tons of fun.<\/p><p>This program is d<em>eveloped in partnership with the Manitoba Table Tennis Association and the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
