&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To Receive an evaluation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When arriving at the tournament, the umpire is expected to notify the Referee that they are seeking an evaluation at the tournament.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior to being evaluated, the umpire is expected to have practiced umpiring at the tournament.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;The umpire is expected to be available to the Referee to be assigned to tables for a minimum three hour block of time to receive one evaluation.&nbsp; This means that the umpire will be near the control desk for assignment to tables or as specified by the Referee for the three hour block of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure you have a net guage (borrow one if necessary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask questions and seek feedback prior to the match evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The evaluation will result in either a \u201cMeets Expectations\u201d or \u201cNeeds Improvement\u201d result, which will be marked on your card.&nbsp; A \u201cNeeds Improvement\u201d means that the evaluation does not count as one of your positive results needed to write the Provincial Exam, but&nbsp; also means that you have received feedback as part of your training.&nbsp; This is about ensuring that you are properly trained as an umpire so that you can improve for the next evaluation.&nbsp; Part of the evaluation is about your ego and reaction to the evaluation.&nbsp;
